AC3 was developed by Dolby Laboratories and it was initially named Dolby Stereo Digital until 1994. This format has been taken because the worldwide commonplace by Shifting Picture Specialists Group since 1997. All this does is transcode the audio, no matter kind, for every MKV file to 320 kbps mp3. So far, it appears to work high quality with the Costar. I lastly get audio with all of my movies.
